Management Reports

Our extranet tool Extra can be operated on an intranet basis to provide secure reporting within your own organisation. An extensive range of management reports are provided to give you key management information on the files being run by your employees, including:

• financial information (time recorded reports, incoming and recovered costs)
• file instructions (new, current, closed)
• file information (type, value, age)
• activity reports (outstanding to do(s), time recording)

Management reports can also be made available online for your customers to run live themselves to query their matters being operated by you for any period specified by them.

We will provide you with the information you need to create your own management reports. Alternatively we can design additional reports on request. These can then easily be added to the system or extranet facility for immediate use.
