File Management

The central application for our file management systems is Filestream. This is a windows based application which manages the operation of a claims or transaction within a distinct file, recording the documents, individuals, companies and data within the file and guiding the user through the business process with the use of workflows.

The workflows allow you to provide users with precedent documents at different key stages in a business process, set diary reminders for future activity and link them to the relevant next step in the process.
