File Audit

The management reports include a range of audit reports which can assist you in your risk assessment process. Extra allows you to carry out initial audits on screen for all your offices and to identify the individual files or fee earners who need to receive closer audit.

The reports include:

--• key date reports (eg limitation dates)
--• category reports (eg value and age)
--• exception and inactivity reports

The reports allow the analysis of categories of files to review potential problem areas before they occur, eg listing all files where proceedings haven’t been issued by a certain stage, all files of a low value which are open after a specific time.

Our own audit team can provide online or onsite audit services either generally or for any specific areas of concern, with detailed reports and recommended action where required.
