Access is provided by a secure link which encrypts information viewed on-line to ensure the security and confidentiality of the information which you hold. Extra is designed so that users do not need any additional software, other than a standard internet browser.

Unlike most on-line services Extra does not use “cookies”. “Cookies” are small pieces of data which record information on a users on-line session which are created by the on-line provider, and sent and stored on the users own pc without any control or intervention by them. The design of the system means that you will not enter their system or network when providing information to them.
