Our system design allows us to move data to archive databases to maintain the efficiency of your system. The archive data can still be accessed, searched and included in your management reports so the value of the information is not lost.

We can also offer a unique service which combines archive of the paper files which can be linked to our web based archive searches, provides automated file requests and can include viewing of documents through a web browser.

Data migration

We have successfully transferred data from a number of different file management systems to ensure that existing files and historical data can be moved across to filestream.

Successful data transfers include moving information and files from systems of Axxia, Vectus and Laserforms, but data can be extracted from most databases.
